I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate in Deeds Index 1/76 determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 9th day of November 2000.
Application 5788, Malcolm Arthur Curtis, Robert Stuart Anderson and Bernard Daniel Bone for an estate in fee simple in 6 square metres, more or less, being part of Section 57, Town of Wellington and shown as Lots 1 and 2 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 88866.
The land is currently held in Deeds Index 1/76.
The land was originally granted to Edward Daniel in Crown Grant 1G/28.
The apparent documentary owner of the land contained in Deeds Index 1/76 is Maria Burch as executrix.
