Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease C. 172913.2 for the registration of a surrender of the said lease in the name of Jan Dorothy Rodwell and Robert Ian Murray McDonald, lodged under D. 541873.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
