Part of Section 4, Aorere District, containing 1.6750 hectares, being part of the land contained in Lot 2 on Land Transfer Plan 19810, being more particularly shown as "Residue in D.I. 1/770 on L.T. Plan 19810" with Raby Peter Riley being the last registered owner in Deeds Index, Volume 1, folio 770.
A plan of the land may be inspected at Land Information New Zealand, Nelson.
