Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title 3B/869 for the registration of section 8 (1) (a) of the Housing Assets Transfers Act 1993 from Her Majesty the Queen to Housing Corporation of New Zealand, lodged under B. 622121.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
