I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate in Deeds Index 28/755 determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 28th day of September 2000.
Application 5787 by David Duncan Smith and Catherine Ada Smith for an estate in fee-simple in 1503 square metres, more or less, being part of Tahorahina 128N and shown as part of Lot 1 and Lot 5 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 88433.
The land is currently held in Deeds Index 28/755.
The land was originally granted to M. Piripi, H. Taha,
E. Te Here and R. Te Rahi Kore by Crown Grant 9/136.
The current documentary owner of the land contained in Deeds Index 28/755 is Moriz Hirschberg.
