This notice amends the Auckland Land Transfer Act notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 August 2000,
No. 86, on page 2082.
Notice is hereby given that a new certificate of title will be issued in the name of the applicant for the parcel of land hereinafter described, pursuant to an application made under section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged by any person having an interest in the parcel of land shown below forbidding the same, within
1 month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice:
Applicant: Victor Reginald Turvey, farmer, of Pokeno.
Application No.: 8786.
Description of the Land: 1035 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 338, town of Pokeno and being more particularly described as Lot 16 on Land Transfer Plan 199012 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 970/3.
