The Masterton Trust Lands Trust to re-enter lease 135603.1 under section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952.
The lessee is Ajjan (NZ) Limited.
The lease is registered over part of Lot 5, Deposited Plan 10483, contained in certificate of title 660/91.
The lessee's estate, and of everyone claiming under the lessee, will determine unless a caveat is lodged with me by the 14th day of September 2000.
