44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of leases B. 437589.1-B. 437589.8 (inclusive) for the registration of a transfer from the Wellington Regional Council to Allen Blair Properties Limited, lodged under B. 792291.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
