Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease H. 390210 for the registration of a change of name of lessee from Dalgety New Zealand Limited to Crown Corporation Limited and a surrender of the lease both lodged under B. 615985.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
