An application made by Komiti Limited having been lodged with me for the removal of the memorial relating to "the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off" in respect of the land being (1) Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 40116 and being part Te Komiti 2B Block, and being the land described and comprised in certificate of title 1069/105, and (2) part Lot 61 on deposited plan 16979 and being part Te Komiti 2B Block and being the land comprised and described in certificate of title 1069/232, notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, of my intention to note the removal of the said memorials from the aforesaid certificates of title accordingly at the expiration of one month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
