44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 44A/1044 in the name of Maple Tree Orchard (Canterbury) Limited and Husseys Road Farm Limited for the registration of a transfer exercising power of sale under mortgage No. A. 181254.2 lodged under A. 463562.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
