44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 21600 for the registration of surrender of lease B. 786845.4 from the Minister of Education to Bessie Mariebel Sutherland, Melodie Sutherland and Virginia Jane Sutherland, lodged under B. 786845.3.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
