Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the mortgage 578707 for the registration of a transmission from Hazel Miriam King to Helen Francis King and a discharge of said mortgage, lodged under B. 785706.2 and B. 785706.3 respectively.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
