44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title 3E/205 for the registration of a mortgage to Provincial Finance Limited, lodged under 210749.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above documents upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
