Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title 53A/883 for the registration of a Gazette notice declaring the land to be road, lodged under B. 603726.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
