Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with
the production of the certificate of title 236/211 for the registration of a certificate under section 223 of the Resource Management Act 1991, a certificate under section 321 of the Local Government Act 1974, both by the Wellington City Council, and an order for new certificates of title for Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 88694 in the names of Michael Craig Hall and Sonja Joy Hall, lodged under B. 781531.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above documents upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
