44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of mortgage 188674.1 for the registration of a change of name B. 781120.2 from Todd Motors Limited to MMNZ Properties Limited, lodged under B. 781120.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
