I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate in Deeds Index 3/705 determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 19th day of June 2000.
Application 5785 by the Wellington Regional Council for an estate in fee simple in 2705 square metres, more or less, being part Section 24, Hutt District, and shown as Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 76462.
The land is currently held in Deeds Index 3/705.
The land was originally granted to William Fitzherbert (Crown Grants 3/81).
The current documentary owner of the land contained in Deeds Index 3/705 is William George Plowman.
