44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title 3D/1051 for the registration of discharge of mortgage 62229.4, lodged under 114233.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
