44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 251059.1 to enable the registration of the surrender of lease by the lessors, Aileen Isabel Jury, Brian Vincent Novak and Violet Jean Old, lodged under 469816.3.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
