Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with production of leases A. 482262, Ronald Leonard Whiteside and A. 482263, Arif Usmani, Peter Carl Neumegen and John Henry Neumegen, for surrender of the said leases lodged under D. 498725.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above documents upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
