I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to Section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 29th day of May 2000.
Application 5784 by Douglas Arthur Whitcombe and Allisson Barbara Whitcombe for an estate in fee-simple in 855 square metres, more or less, being part Section 29, Manaia District, and shown as part of Lots 3 and 4 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 88046. The land is contained in Deeds Index 18/29.
The land was originally granted to Francis Robert Arthur under Crown grant 4/50 (No. 2347).
The apparent documentary owner of the land contained in Deeds Index 18/29 is Andrew Cockburn (and administrators thereof).
