I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the applicant named below, pursuant to Section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and Section 3 Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing documentary estate in Deeds Index 33/600 determined and the existing estate in certificate of title 9/124 ceased, unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged with me on or before the 12th day of May 2000.
Application 5783 by the Clareville Hall Trust, for an estate in fee-simple in 577 square metres, more or less, being part lot 48, Deposited Plan 67 (part of the land in certificate of title 9/124) and being part section 146, Taratahi District (balance of the land in Deeds
Index 33/600).
Both of these parcels of land are now shown as parts of Lots 1 and 2 on a plan lodged for deposit under number 88044.
The documentary owner of the land contained in Deeds Index 33/600 is Jane Stewart.
The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 9/124 is Joseph Bridgement Roots.
