An application lodged by Bruce John Skinner and Jane Winifred Skinner having been given to me for the removal of the memorial relating to "the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid of" in respect of the land being described as Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 51952 and being part Komiti No. 2 Block, being the land comprised and described on certificate of title 4A/1469, notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, of my intention to note the removal of the said memorial from the aforesaid certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of 1 month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
