section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense
with the production of the agreement for sale and purchase 1027/3 (provisional copy B. 600112.1) for the registration of memorandum of transfer from The Home Mortgage Company Limited to William Hugh Griffin and Margaret Griffin, lodged under B. 769119.3.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
