Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title 6A/331 for the registration of documents to enable the issue of new titles following deposit of plan 11116 in the name of Mark Stephen Pronk and Louise Patricia Pronk, lodged under abstract 210039.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above documents upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
