Section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense
with the production of the certificate of title 12A/314 for
the registration of a consent notice and O.C.T. relating to L.T. Plan 88116, lodged under B. 767278.1.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
