Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of December 1999, acquiring road and land to be taken, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 13th day of January 2000, No. 1 at page 65, by replacing "acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road" in (a) of the recital, with "acquired for road".
