Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of December 1999, acquiring land for use in connection with a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 13th day of January 2000, No. 1 at page 64, by replacing "2.0234 ha" as describing the ninth area of land in the Schedule with "1.9013 ha".
