Matamata-Piako District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and to the amalgamation of areas marked:
(i) "f" with C.T. 44A/617, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 136903.2.
(ii) "l" with C.T. 20C/757.
(iii) "o" and "p" with C.T. 46B/903, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 496897.2.
(iv) "q", "s", "t" and "u" with C.T. 14B/752.
(v) "v" and "w" with C.T. 15C/296, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 567894.3.
(vi) "r" with C.T. 1C/17.
(c) Under section 119 (1), declares the area described in the Third Schedule to be taken, and to be incorporated in certificate of title 46B/903, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 496897.2.
