Whangarei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares that, pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 116B/951, subject to memoranda of encumbrance C. 503512.1 and D. 308010.6;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
