Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:
(i) The area firstly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6B/549.
(ii) The area secondly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 100/270.
(iii) The area thirdly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2B/1045.
(iv) The area fourthly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2B/1044.
