Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice, being part of the land held in New Zealand Gazette 1874, page 871, as part of the Awamoko Railway and a Provincial Railway in the Province of Otago, to be set apart for railway purposes and to remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
