Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Rodney District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title volume 1386, folio 53, subject to the stormwater drainage easement created by transfer 193610, and memorandum of mortgage D 366072.3.
