Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a papakainga scheme embracing a marae, village site and recreation ground for the common use and benefit of the whanau of the land owners and the people of Rangimarie and Paparaumu Maraes.

All that piece of land situated in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District and described as follows:

1.0471 Part of the land known as Whaiti Kuranui 2E2 West 2D1B3B, containing a total of 8.2050 ha, more or less, situated in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, and being all of the land contained on a Partition Order of the Court dated 23 September 1958.

6677 Being the whole of the land known as Paiakamangaoatua No. 2B, Section 3B, more or less, situated in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, and being all the land contained on a Partition Order of the Court dated 24 July 1931.
