Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises declares that the secondary use of land held for a public work authorised by Order in Council and registered as 79491 against certificate of title 5B/673 is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereto on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
