Whangarei District
Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:
(a) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 65/62.
(b) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 565/200, subject to mortgage No. B. 308669.2.
(c) The land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 208/226, subject to mortgage No. B. 308669.2.
