Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1997, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a Local Purpose (Utility) Reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Wellington City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Wellington Land District-Wellington City
833 square metres, more or less, being that part of Lot 104,
D.P. 80006 (C.T. 46D/470) that is included in Lot 1, L.T. 88281 (C.T. 55B/529).
