Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares the area described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 39A/483, subject to mortgage H. 750274.11, excluding any minerals contained in prior certificates of title 20B/729 and 26/221, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
