Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 7 May 1999, Acquiring Land for Water Storage Purposes published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 October 2000, No. 137, page 3527, by deleting from the recital "subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987".
