Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P3/1389.
