Utilise its Value
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land vests in the Grey District Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the land is paid by council into its reserves account to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

2529 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 1562, situated in Block IX, Arnold Survey District.
