A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

19.7833 hectares, being Section 1 on S.O. 69952, being part Lot 1, D.P. 116996 and part middle and western portions of Allotment 230, Parish of Waiwera, being part certificate of title 66C/327.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 16th day of November 2000.
