Pursuant to Section 24A (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Manawatu District Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 24A (2), of its intention to change the purpose within its classification as a local purpose reserve of the land set out and described in the Schedule. The land is presently classified as a local purpose reserve (community hall) and has been subdivided into a separate certificate of title so that a swimming pool and associated amenities can be constructed on the land. It is therefore intended to change the classification to local purpose reserve (community swimming pool) in order to reflect its change of use.

All of the land containing 1800 square metres, being comprised and described in certificate of title 50D/33, Wellington Registry.
