Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 65 and shall remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be added to the adjoining conservation park administered by the Department of Conservation, pursuant to section 61 of the Conservation Act 1987.
