Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares:
(i) the land described in the First Schedule to this
notice to be set apart for limited access road
which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway and will remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(ii) the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for segregation strip and will remain vested in the Crown.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 52 (1), the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road and remain vested in the Crown.
