Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 14 October 1999 and headed Acquiring Land for Use in Connection With a Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 October 1999, No. 161, page 3851, by deleting
"Lot 2, D.P. 89678 (all C.T. 46D/587)"
from the Schedule and substituting
"Lot 8, D.P. 89678 (all C.T. 46D/587)".
