Under the Reserves Act 1977, the City Manager of the Christchurch City Council notifies that on the 1st day of December 1999, the Christchurch City Council, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, resolved to classify the reserve, described in the Schedule, as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
