Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired, subject to a right of way created by Transfer 690708 and together with rights of way created by Transfers 690708 and 690709, for a regional park and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
