Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2D/492 (Nelson Registry), subject to covenant 333842.4 and mortgage 333842.6.

6237 square metres, being legal road adjoining Section 139, Upper Moutere District and Section 168, Square 5; shown as "A" on S.O. Plan 15173, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.
